There are a couple of Bettys dotted around in Yorkshire but this one is the flagship shop and tea room. It can get rather busy and so be prepared to wait. The cakes are nice enough, and there's a good choice of teas and coffees. It can't get more English than this really. You can also buy cakes, pastries, bread, biscuits, chocolates, tea and coffee in the shop.
