This restaurant has had its ups and downs, but it's on the up at the moment with its one Michelin star. The restaurant serves modern British cuisine. I had Seared Hand Dived Sea Scallops with Celeriac Puree, Apples and Jabugo Ham with Truffle Vinaigrette as a starter - the scallops were fresh and nicely cooked. The main course was lamb with a roasted vegetable ratatouille and garlic confit - I asked for medium-rare but it came more like medium-well-done. The passion fruit souffle with orange syrup was not nice - the two flavours didn't go together, and the orange syrup was way too strong for such a delicate souffle. A good selection of chocolates from Maison du Chocolat.
