This restaurant is located within the most northernly hotel in the world, at 78 degree north well inside the Arctic Circle. The windows in the restaurant provide a perfect view of the Longyearbyen Harbour and its surrounding. The menu, though small, offers a range of local and international cuisine, and changes regularly. The more culinary adventureous people can opt for tartare of seal or whale steak, while the others can go for dishes such as king crab and avocado or reindeer in puff pastry. The cooking may not be as well-executed as they can be, though the shortfall is made up by the beautiful presentation of the dishes.
