Before I went to this restaurant, Gordon Ramsay came across as just ultra-arrogant and downright rude at times on television. So bearing this in mind, I was quite prepared to slaughter his restaurant when I visited it. However, all the food there was very well-prepared, the restaurant was pleasant enough and the service was immaculate. All the dishes have intense flavour and are cooked to perfection, bringing out the best of all the ingredients. So all is forgiven Gordon - you have the right to be rude to incompetent restauranteurs and cooks.
