Located in the Paddington basin development area, this Chinese restaurant has a modern dark décor. The cuisine is predominantly Cantonese, with a few other regional Chinese dishes. The five-spiced beef shin and the jellyfish with sesame sauce give a good hint on the high quality of the food in this relatively quiet restaurant. The Peking duck is one of the best ones you can find in London. The braised pork in premium wine sauce (Dong Po Ru) has a strong intense flavour, and the pork is so tender that it melts in the mouth. Also I would recommend the dover sole in dried chilli and onions - not too spicy and has a pleasant warm aftertaste.
