| Thomas Keller is probably the best chef in America, and this is his restaurant in the Big Apple. I was there for a private function, and the food certainly impressed me. The snacks served at the aperitif were already so mouth-watering (the potato croquette in a truffle mayonnaise was divine) that I was expecting even greater things in the 9-course meal. Every dish was perfectly presented and seasoned. The mango sorbet was by far the best I've tasted. A very calming atmosphere (being in the private function room helped) and the service was attentive and professional. | |||||
