Located at the top of the Hilton Hotel, but don't expect too much if you are after the view---- it's a bit on the boring side. But the service is immaculate and the food is great here. The tea-smoked duck is not too dry but the flavour is excellent. I've had better Beef in Tangerine Peel elsewhere, but this one is not bad either. Beware of the very spicy Dandan noodles. Expect to pay about RMB200 per person here---- not cheap but you won't be disappointed.
