Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt the butter. Put 1-2 tablespoonful of almond powder into the butter and leave it on low heat for a few minutes.
  2. Put the mixture in a blender or food processor. Add sugar and eggs and mix well.
  3. Freeze the mixture until firm.
  4. To serve, cut a small piece of this (optional: add a bit more toasted almond flakes or powder, plus a little bit of cointreau) and put it in the middle of the crepe. Fold in opposite sides of the crepe, and then fold in the remaining two sides into a square parcel.
  5. Re-heat the crepe. First re-heat the folded side, and then the plain side.
