Ingredients for the Peanut Sauce

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in all the ingredients for satay for at least 3 hours.
  2. Put the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers (maximum of 4 pieces per skewer).
  3. Either put them under a hot grill or over a hot barbecue for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. For the sauce, simply mix all the ingredients for the peanut sauce together until it becomes smooth.
  5. Serve with cucumbers (cubed) and peanut sauce.
