Method

  1. Dice salmon, marinate in seasoning sauce for 15 minutes
  2. Peel small onion and shallot, and chop into small pieces. Cut bell peppers into cubes
  3. Combine coconut milk with rice, and cook in microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Heat oil, stir-fry shallot and onions, add bell peppers and cook till soft. Add seasoning, mix well, and dish up
  5. Arrange all ingredients to one side or on top of the rice.
