Food
Food is one of my big passions, and some of the cooking recipes
I have collected can be found in this section.
And finally my restaurant / eatery review guide is back!!!! The guide
has been renamed from the Cool Eating Out Guide to the Chow
With Chau Guide (thanks to Bob for the idea).
Travel
I do keep travel diaries
when I go on long trips.... however these are all hand-written and I
just need to type them all up - gradually these will come online. Two
incomplete sets of diaries are now available:

In the Photos section, you
will find some of my personal photo albums as well as my travel photos.
Fun Stuff
Some friends think that I have a good sense of humour (hang
on, what's that all about?) but I do like jokes
and funny things. You will also find some classic video games here.
